Meaningful — Taigoa Oy

You can delete your Meaningful account and all of the data in it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Meaningful and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation word, enter your password if asked, and tap Delete my account.

Can't open the app?

Email meaningful@taigoa.fi from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

• Your account record, email address, display name, profile image and birthday.
• Everything you created: life aspect ratings, mood check-ins, reflections, journal and writing-desk entries, letters to your future self, exercises, goals, moments and photos.
• Your AI usage records and any feedback screenshots stored with your account.

Deletion removes this data from our live systems straight away. The last copies age out of our encrypted backups within 35 days, and a backup is never used to bring a deleted account back. Crash reports and server logs contain no wellbeing content and are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Feedback messages you emailed to us may be kept in our support inbox for as long as needed to resolve the issue, as described in the Privacy Policy.
